I guess I'll get the ball rolling here... One of the most compelling aspects of this play is the title, "Raised in Captivity". It suggests that each character is dealing with some form of isolation. (There's that word again). I'm wondering how Sebastian's isolation differs from Bernadette's, and how they might be reflected in the costumes...
